Returns Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something is not right please follow the directions below to make a return or exchange. Your refund will be credited back to the original method of payment. Once credited, allow up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly billing statement. If you have paid with a gift card a new gift card will be mailed to your billing address for the refund amount. We'll email you once we've received and processed your return or exchange. Please allow 1 week from the time you mail your order for your return or exchange to be processed.
We are unable to guarantee that exchange merchandise will be available at the time your order is processed; in these instances your original form of payment will be refunded.
If you are returning or exchanging a gift please follow the Return/Exchange instructions below. Make a note in the Comments area of your packing slip that you would like a gift card if your exchange is not available.
There is no returns policy for Digital downloads. All sales are final.

2. Ship your package using a trackable and insured shipping method.
3. We'll email you once your return or exchange is processed. Please allow 1 week from the time you mail your return/exchange for it to be processed.
4. If you've requested an exchange, we'll waive the standard shipping on your new order.
Refund/Exchange Status

Refunds and exchanges are typically received within 1 week from the time that you mail them. Once we receive your return in our distribution center, please allow 2 business days for it to process. If you have paid with a gift card we will mail a new gift card to your billing address for the refund amount.
Once your return is processed we'll send an email to notify you. If you've requested an exchange a second email will be sent once we've processed your new order. We are unable to guarantee that exchange merchandise will be available at the time your order is processed; in these instances your original form of payment will be refunded. If you indicated that you are returning a gift, we’ll send a gift card for the value of the refund to the address you specified on the packing list.
Credit Card Refunds
A credit will post to your credit card account approximately two business days after the date we process your return, however, it may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly billing statement.
